Jim Leavelle
Managing Officer, Complete Foundation Repairs
Jim and Craig West started Complete Foundation Repairs, (formerly Uretek South Texas) in 2004. We utilize the CFR Process to lift settled concrete non-intrusively. Prior to 2004, Jim was a professional fishing guide on the Galveston Bay system, Trinity Bay, East Matagorda Bay, and Baffin Bay. Jim grew up in Houston, living there until 2004, when he purchased Complete Foundation Repairs, and moved to Corpus. As Managing Officer of CFR, Jim’s responsibilities include but are not limited to Admin, Contracts, Sales, Insurance, and the overall Operations of CFR. Jim is married to his wife Amy, and they have two kids, Ashley, 28, and Carlin, 23.
When not at CFR, Jim can be found running his Fish Camp Operation (nearly 30 years in operation) on Baffin Bay.
Craig West
Operations Manager
Craig and Jim Leavelle started Complete Foundation Repairs, (formerly Uretek South Texas) in 2004. We utilize the CFR Process to lift settled concrete non-intrusively. Prior to purchasing CFR, Craig was a professional fishing guide on Baffin Bay and the waters of Port Mansfield, Texas. Craig’s work at CFR includes but is not limited to the implementation of the CFR Process, overseeing every project Complete Foundation Repairs completes, Sales, Technician training, and purchasing of materials and equipment. Craig was born and raised near Baffin Bay in Loyola Beach (The Beach) and still lives there today. Craig is married to his wife Lisa and they have 2 kids, Caleb 29, and Madison 21.
When not at CFR, Craig can be found fishing, working on his place in Loyola Beach, and helping his wife teach classes at Church.
Amy Leavelle
Office Manager
Amy has been the Office Manager since the inception of Complete Foundation Repairs. Prior to 2004, Amy was in charge of billing and receiving for a sizeable commercial roofer in Houston. Amy’s responsibilities include but are not limited to invoicing, bill paying, insurance, and other admin duties. Amy’s expertise includes Quick Books, CRM data, and insurance reviews. Amy is the wife of Jim, and they have two kids, Ashley, 28, and Carlin, 23.
When not at CFR, Amy can usually be found riding horses & working in her Craft room making seasonal wreaths, mums, and flower arrangements.
Kelly Gibson
Sales & Service
Kelly started working for Complete Foundation Repairs in 2012. Before his time at CFR, Kelly was a Systems Engineer in the Technology industry and a Sales Director for several Technology companies. Kelly’s role at Complete Foundation Repairs includes residential sales, operations support, and marketing efforts. Kelly was born in Texas and after spending more than 20 years away, decided it was time to move back home. He lives with his wife Lara, a teacher at Flour Bluff ISD.
Kelly and Lara have 2 kids, Mallory 28, and Phillip 24. When Kelly isn’t working, he plays guitar and does chores for his wife.
