Weak or shifting soils beneath driveways and walkways can lead to cracks and even improper drainage issues for residential and commercial buildings. Many times, these issues are seen as merely cosmetic, but improper drainage can lead to erosion issues elsewhere. Broken or settled walkways and driveways can also create trip hazards or safety problems for drivers.

To address broken or improperly sloping driveways, we use the URETEK Method to place our expanding polymer resin beneath the surface. We lift the driveway where required and stabilize the soil beneath to support normal traffic loads.
